Corelands privacy policy

Overview

This policy explains what information Corelands (the “game”), made by Brodie Labs (“we”, “us”), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, we do not sell personal information, and we never ask for your name, address or phone number to play. The game works entirely on your device: it does not send information about you or how you play to us or to anyone else.

Game progress and settings. Corelands saves your progress and settings on your device. This information stays on your device.

How long we keep it

Your progress and settings stay on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices and rights

Stop all collection. Uninstalling the game stops all further collection.
Access or deletion. Email labsbrodie@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, and to object to or restrict how it is used. These include rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, which in Canada is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

Corelands is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at labsbrodie@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know in the game. We will update this policy before adding any feature that collects new information.
